PLACING AN ORDER

The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting the item back in stock?
Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock. Sometimes our factories run out of the fabric and we are unable to re-order. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to have an account to place an order on our website. However, it is recommended to make an account to check and manage your order status during the delivery process.

How would I know which size to choose?

You can easily find your garment size from an international sizing chart provided on the website.

How do I use a promo code number?

If you have a code, you can enter it on the first stage of your checkout. Then, you’ll see where to enter it right above your order summary.If you have a gift card, this is also where you can apply it to your order. Don’t forget to hit ‘APPLY’ after entering!

*If the code isn’t working, please check it has spelled correctly and no extra spaces.

What is my order number?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing support@unqstyle.com. Please include your full name and email address you used to place the order in the body of the email.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours from purchase by contacting support@unqstyle.com.

 

How can I get my confirmation email if I accidentally deleted it or I never
received one?

Please send an email to support@unqstyle.com and request the confirmation email. Please include your order number in the body of the email.

How can I have a receipt and track of my order?

After you place an order, you will receive an email providing you with a receipt of your purchase and a tracking number.

Can I add items to my order after purchase?

Yes, if the items are being shipped to the same address and within 24 hours of purchase, you can add items to your order. To do so, please contact support@unqstyle.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will I receive my package?

It takes 3 business days to process your order and then 10-20 business days for delivery.

Do you offer free international shipping?

Yes, orders above $199 have free shipping*.

*Free shipping is not available for every country. Please refer to the Shipping Country Chart on the  Shipping Policy page.

How can I keep track of my order?

After you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through the Courier website or sign in with your Unqstyle account and click “My Order” to track the order status.

Are duties and taxes included?

•    North America

All duties and taxes are included in the price shown on the item page.

•    The United Kingdom and EU countries.

The United Kingdom and EU countries are VAT-free regions, so no tariffs are included in the products’ price.

•    Other international shipments

All Duties and taxes are calculated and paid before check out and delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange an item?

We have a 15 Day Return And Exchanges Policy, which means the client must raise all return requests within 15 days of receiving the delivery. Please contact us via Email (support@unqstyle.com) and state your reason for refund or exchange, and we will try our best to accommodate you. After this period, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

Please Note: Unqstyle reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the return requirement. We will send rejected items back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns regarding the item(s) you wish to return. 

*Final Sale Merchandise Policy
All items purchased as “FINAL SALE”including gift cards, gifts with purchase, or discounted merchandise, cannot be returned, exchange, or credit, without exception.

Additionally, all customized or modified items are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

* If your refund is within the original order price amount, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. If your refund amount is more than the actual order price amount, please provide your Paypal account info for your refund. Please be patient as it can sometimes take several days.

Do you offer return labels?

Currently, we do not offer return labels. However, If customers receive the wrong item, product damage, etc., the customer needs to pre-pay the return shipping fee. Please contact customer service via Email to ensure we have all of your payment voucher information. The shipping fee will return back to through your PayPal account. Other than that, we will not refund shipping charges for other reasons. We will update you when we upgrade our labeling service.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive the item back, we check the piece according to our Return Policy Approval Process. After inspection, we will notify you via Email whether or not the item qualified for a refund. If yes, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
